Lili´s Recovery House is not a medical service or medical provider.Our specialty is providing comfortable shared living space to assist guests with physical recovery following cosmetic surgery procedures. It is important that you understand that Lili´s Recovery House is not a substitute for medical care or hospitalization; therefore the surgeon that performed your surgery will remain responsible for your medical care.

The available services included in the stay fee are the following: 24/7 nurses care, 3 scheduled healthy meals and 2 snacks, laundry, transport from the clinic to the recovery house and one check up to the doctros office. Cross border transportation can be arranged at an extra fee with third party contact.

Deposits & Payments

All patients must make a $150USD deposit to assure any dates. Note that any deposit made to Lilis’s Recovery House is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if your surgery date changes For any complication, let us know as soon as possible to respect your deposit and move your dates. (Applies only for two times, more than this a new deposit will have to be made).

All rates are in US Dollars.
Payment methods for deposit fees may be made through PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
All final payment must be made once you arrive to Lili´s Recovery House
There are absolutely no refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-In when discharged from hospital
At arrival, every guest must fill out a “FORM”.
Check-Out is at 12:00pm (noon)
Late check out fee $50usd will be charged.

Visiting Policy

Visits are between 11:00 A.M. till 6:00 P.M. (Due to the Pandemic visits are subject to change.Any Visitor or Guest will not be allowed to have or consume any alcoholic beverages or drug use during his \her visit).

HEALTHY MEALS

What you eat during the postoperative period will help your body recover faster, this is why meals are cooked and prepared daily, our delicious meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also provide drinks and 2 sancks.

Meals are served at designated hours only.
We do provide snacks and beverages throughout the day, however, we do not include: protein drinks, Pedialyte or electrolytes.
Any additional snacks or meals are at your own expense and own risk, we encourage our guests to follow a healthy diet away from fatty foods and sodas.

Massages

Massages and Facials are NOT INCLUDED. However, we do offer in-home massages,we can schedule massage therapist visits to our home during your stay.

Massages are $50 each. (they are paid to the masseur directly)
